Effective January 14, 2010 we are implementing a new telephone system.

The benefits of the system include:

*         First consultant availability - the fastest way to have your call answered and your travel request processed.

*         Favourite consultant availability - we understand that many of you have a favourite person you deal with and we have made this transaction even more seamless by offering you a direct dial phone number for your favourite consultant.

*         Options -  if your selected agent is assisting other customers you have the option to speak with the first available consultant, hold for your favourite consultant or leave a voicemail,  
whichever is most convenient for you.

*         Accountability - our new communication system provides us the ability to ensure we are accountable for call service standards and the best and most efficient system to handle your travel requests.

We have attempted to ensure minimal changes to how you have become accustomed to contacting our office:

*         Favourite consultant - if you were previously using a direct line to contact your consultant that number will not change. Please see our new Directory that now provides you with all of the corporate travel consultants direct lines for your reference.

*         Main Corporate Numbers - if you were previously calling 604-661-4932, 604-661-4940, 604-688-7286 or 1-800-663-0208 these numbers are now directed to our new communication system where you will have the options to speak to the first available consultant, your favourite consultant or to select from our staff directory.

We have designed this system with the fewest prompts and the most efficient routing for your call to be answered by the person who can actually help you with your inquiry - one of our corporate travel consultants. In the event you are not able to navigate the system you always have the option to have your call handled by our reception desk.

As with all system changes, we have endeavored to eliminate as many potential problems as possible, however, in the event some minor delays or corrections are required, we do appreciate your patience and understanding.
